Too Many Batteries

My wife thinks I have too many batteries. I don't like to toss batteries.

So I counted. I only have 30. In my desk drawer. Of double a's (AA). lol.

Haven't counted the other types and the other stash. Yet. lol.

Don't know why I shared this. Just seemed funny..

But, my question is, if this joule thief works, why they not making them standard on all flashlights !?

Imagine the thousands, if not millions of batteries that would NOT be thrown away every year..
