NEW SECURITY FEATURE FOR GLYPH (Rift)

"NEW SECURITY FEATURE FOR GLYPH"
"Starting tomorrow, when you log in to Glyph from a new location or computer, you'll be asked to verify that it really is you who's logging in. When you log in from a new location or computer, we will send a code to your account's primary email address that you will need to enter into Glyph to proceed."
That is NOT security. It's annoying and just shifting the security to an even less secure domain (email).
